Hi everyone, I have a had a bad experince with “Area Pools” of VA. I just don’t want other people get in a bad situation like my self. Long story short, I invested a large amount of money in a FiberGlass Pool (From Water World) and my contractor “Area Pools” took that money and has fail to complete my pool and fail to give me the rest of my equipment (2 Heaters). I have about $40,000 invested and the pool is only half way done. He tells me that he is out of money now. I really don’t know what to do. Any Suggestions? The contract says he will be done in 30 days and then within two weeks the concrete would be finished. Still not complete after 5 months.
